Play my own music or audio to sleep too
Whenever I attempt to use my own audio through the music app it drops the volume so low it's barely audible even if you use the hardware buttons the volume control thinks it's playing at full volume! Would be great if this worked!
158 votesThe upcoming version of Pillow will introduce a new way to handle audio streams so that audio from other apps won’t be silenced.

Add snore to graph.
Add snore to graph. Show on graph the time span I am listening to. Click on graph selects audio recording that corresponds that time

Free 30day trial
Why am I going pay five dollars for something without knowing what I'm getting?
116 votesHello,
We’re working on ways to bring a free trial of all of Pillow’s features so that you can experience the full potential of Pillow before deciding to upgrade. We would deeply appreciate if you could spend a few minutes to take a short survey we have prepared. It will help us learn more about how you view this and other features that we are considering for the future of Pillow on the following link:

Out of bed functionality?
Often, when I can't sleep, I get up out of bed. This unfortunately causes the app to register this as R.E.M. sleep since there are no sounds. It would be really cool to have an "out of bed" button that either keeps it as 'awake' or even have another band above wake for 'out of bed'.
114 votesWe working on a major update that will introduce an improved and much more accurate way to detect and analyse sleep, including the ability to manually set “Awake” periods during the night.

Interpret the data for us
There is lots of good data.. however, is the % I'm awake good? Bad? To me, this is like saying you have 42 bugs in your software... is it good? Bad? Can the app use big data or AI to interpret the data and give more actionable or interpreted feedback?

Support for iOS 12 Shortcuts
Would love to be able to create a shortcut that started sleep tracking with predefined settings then did other things like turned off all the lights and enabled DND.
80 votesHello! Support for iOS 12 Shortcuts is already in the works and will be available in the next major update of Pillow. Thank you for your patience.

The ability to record day naps and factor that into sleep health.
62 votesNap recording and analysis is already included in Pillow. Part of a major update that we are working on will include a way to factor naps and their data in to detailed sleep statistics.

Please use buttons instead of swiping to open analysis reports
Please make it more user friendly by adding visible buttons to Pillow App instead of swiping to open/review the App associated analysis reports. Due to sensitivity of iPhone touch, it appears to open other hiding/shortcuts programs needing multiple swipes to open Pillow App report menu. Thanks!

Track where you sleep - in Hotels or at Friends
Sleeping is different in Hotels/Places, especially if one travels a lot. It will be interesting to know how sleep varies in different Places. Use the GPS to detect if you sleep at home. If not, offer a list of nearby Hotels or other custom places to select from. Then offer analysis for every place where you might sleep.

Turn sleep aid on/off when activated
Having a button to switch the sleep aid on and off after you have already initiated your alarm/sleep cycle recording. Say you fall asleep, but wake up in the middle of the night and want the sleep aid to help you fall back asleep. Or in many of my own cases. Sleep aid shuts off before I am fully asleep and I would like the sound to start again to help me fall asleep without exiting the initiated recording.
Or maybe you have a sleep aid set, but you feel that perhaps silence will be better and you want to…

HomeKit Integrations
It would be great if Pillow can turn on/off the lights when wakes/sleeps, or enters certain scenes.

Make sleep quality more transparent
I often can't make sense of why my sleep quality was significantly higher/lower than another night even though the duration and the sleep phases were very similar.
It would be nice to get an overview of the factors driving the specific sleep quality.

Tap a block of time to reveal its duration in the daily report
Please add a feature so we could just tap a time block on the graph from the daily report and have it display the time duration of that block.

Choice of the aid sound
I'd like to choose my own melody for aid use (I would set an album of Mozart or something of Daniel Hope)
It's more convenient and better for health and deeper relax32 votes -
Moon Insight
It would be nice to have a insight when there is a new moon, full moon, and you can see when you sleep the best under the moon.

Track steps at night
I wake up frequently and often go to the bathroom. The app isn't catching all the wake ups. I wish there was a way to set the sensitivity to capture steps to show you have woken up as it would be more accurate then. It helps me to figure out why I'm so tired in the morning. Having had a brain injury tracking my sleep or amount of wake ups really helps to figure out how well I slept. For example I know I woke up 5 times last night and the app said I only woke up 2 times.…
