  1. Change alarm time without ending cycle

    Change alarm time without canceling sleep cycle. I’ve had mornings where the early plan changed overnight (snow day, flight delay, etc.) and I’d love to be able to go back to sleep with a delayed alarm without ending my sleep tracking cycle.

  2. Home Kit Integration

    What if waking up could be tied into Home Kit to automagically do things. For example, I live in AZ and need cooler temps for sleeping, but that is expensive during the day. And my sleep may be longer if I work late. So, what if the AC temp changed when I woke up? What if a play list started when I stepped out of bed? What if a play list stopped once I finally fell asleep?

  4. Remove or change XX% required to use watch haptics.

    My current estimation is 79% battery required for just 8hrs 45mins and to use haptics.

    Seems silly how haptics require battery when it’s only required for a few seconds.

    The battery estimation is also off I believe, I have a series 5 and usually wake up with battery remaining in the morning. I’m not saying run it down but the battery required times may need revising.

    Or an override to allow you to start a sleep with haptics enabled at any percentage and if the watch dies it will use the phone speaker.

    Hello,

    Pillow uses a special mode available on the Apple Watch to ensure that it runs in the background when it’s time to use haptics. This is a process that consumes battery.

    The good news is that we’re working on an update that will reduce battery consumption to almost 0% thanks to a huge improvement in watchOS 6.

  6. Add sound pattern graph to sounds

    If you add sound graphs to the sound lines it will be easier to see before hand if I need to listen to it or not. I recently had hundreds of recordings of the A/C. I probably would have been able to identify all those more easy and quickly if the sound graph was visible

  8. 15 minute increments in sleep goal

    Please allow users to select 15 minute increments in the sleep goal. 7 hours vs 8 is a huge difference, but 7 vs 7.5 is still pretty big.

    The current version of Pillow allows you to export any audio recording by swiping to the left and tapping on the export button.
    We are also exploring ways to allow saving, marking and organising audio recordings for upcoming versions of Pillow.

  11. Manually record I am awake

    Obviously the only time I know if the app is accurately recording what stage of sleep I am in, is when I am awake. During this time I often check my watch and the next morning find that the times that I checked my watch were not recorded as awake! Can you add the ability for the app to recognise a manual input to supplement the A.I. and accurately record when I am awake. This could be a something like simple double click to avoid error.

  12. More granular sleep target

    Please allow me granular sleep targets. For example 6.5 hours, instead of only full hours.
    Seven hours I almost never gain, whereas six hours are too less.

  13. Dream information

    There NEEDS to be more information to put in upon waking up. Like a dream journal and seeing if my vivid dreams have any connection with stuff the night before like alcohol intake and how a bad dream affects my wake up mood. Can rate dreams good to nightmarish and see them on a graph. I forget my dreams pretty quick but get annoyed because they really have an impact on what the data is telling me (like why I’m saying weird stuff in my sleep)

  14. Interface on Apple Watch

    It should be great to have a new interface less light, with the brightness set to minimum, in the night, the interface is too light and not really esthetic unlike the iPhone app...

  16. Details of sleeping time

    I would like to know sleeping “time”, but not percent.
    For example, “REM 40m”, “Deep sleep 1h” and so on, not “REM 10%”, “Deep sleep 27%”.
    Because I would like to know if I could keep a constant deep sleeping "time".

  17. Ability to restart sleep sounds if woken

    I rely on the rain sounds to fall asleep, so if I wake up in the middle of the night and am having difficulty going back to sleep, it’s really annoying that I have to turn off my alarm and restart it to get my rain sounds. There should be a simple button to “restart” a session without actually interrupting it.

  18. Need way to back out after tapping Start

    There should be a way to back out of the screen after tapping "Start". Right now the only options are "Next" and killing the app.

  19. Show sleep phase both in percentage and minutes

    Would be nice to also display the minutes for each sleep stage. For example as opposed to “20% REM” saying “20% REM (1 hr 30 min)”. The Fitbit app already has this.

  20. Personal profile sleep stage range

    As average sleep stage durations are closely linked to age/sex, it would be helpful for a report of stages against peers The current report/FAQ guidelines are far too general to be helpful.
