I’ve used a couple of apps where I can edit sleep/wake times when I’ve forgotten to press wake up - rather than having 15+hours of awake data ruining my sleep log, I can crop the awake time away. Would be great to have that feature here too.
We’re happy to let you know that the latest version of Pillow supports trimming any sleep session. The next version, due to be released early next month will also give the option to expand any session recorded using the Apple Watch.

Was getting ready to purchase the premium service when I ran across these Q&A‘s and comments. Very disappointed with no feedback from Pillow. So why would I want to pay for the service if this is the level of their customer service? Any where else to go to get answers from Pillow?
I think it's better to do some massage and memory sponge pillows, as well as protect the cervical spine, so that the cervical spine is more comfortable. Let me recommend some pillows to you. I think they are very good. I have been buying them here. Share
Is it possible to delete specific days from the data collection. There were a couple of days when my Apple Watch battery went to 0 and the Pillow App assumed Inonly slept 2 hours. This then changes the aggregate data and averages for sleep time. I would like to be able to delete specific days where the data is inaccurate.
It gives you an option to expand or decrease a total session, but I want to edit the “awake times” in the middle of a session. Before I bought the app, I could kind of do that, but now since I have the full app, I can not edit the “awake” times during the sleep session.
I used to love Pillow and the information it provided both me and my doctor. Unfortunately sense the update I’ve not only lost all my previous data but it also won’t let me change my bed time so it either records for 730am all the way to the next day 8am or not at all; and uses all the battery.
I have pillow on automatic but it thinks I a asleep long before that happens. I put the sleep aid music on and it goes off after about 10-15 minutes while it took at least an hour for me to go to sleep. Is there a way to make it play longer?
Started using Pillow. The wake time is far too long. Also split between deep and light sleep is shown as percentage. Can we have as absolute time too?
App shows I was awake for an hour in the middle of the night. This is not the case, why does it show that I’m awake when I’m not?

I've been using Pillow for over a year. Lots of data recorded. Sometimes I forget to turn off the timer too. I have one data set with 13 hours of sleep time. Uhmm ... I wish I could sleep that long! :)
I don't see a way to crop the awake hours. It should be pretty simple to implement. At the same time I can imagine the developers don't want users trimming their data to improve the calculated sleep quality. Lots of ways to game that system.
This is a must for this APP!

Agree. I sent a feedback and the developer said that this feature would be added shortly. Hope it will be available soon.
I agree, the ability to edit needs to be an added feature. I forget to turn it off in the morning and so my heart rate average goes way up as I am up showering or working out etc. the other sleep app I use allows for this but also assumes after you have been up and moving for a while that your awake so it automatically switches off...
Agreed... first thing I encountered after waking up was realizing there is a big 2 hour block after I woke up that I am lying in bed watching Mythbusters marathon, then the alarm I set reminded me that Pillow was still on.
I need a way to lop off that last two hours to make the data more realistic over time.
Is this possible? I too have forgotten to shut it off and it bothers me my data is not giving me a better look at my sleep.
