There NEEDS to be more information to put in upon waking up. Like a dream journal and seeing if my vivid dreams have any connection with stuff the night before like alcohol intake and how a bad dream affects my wake up mood. Can rate dreams good to nightmarish and see them on a graph. I forget my dreams pretty quick but get annoyed because they really have an impact on what the data is telling me (like why I’m saying weird stuff in my sleep)

Great idea I sometimes walk
