How could we improve Pillow?

Wake up mood vs time asleep chart

I would like to see a graph of my time asleep and corresponding inputted wake up mood the following morning. This data already exists in the app, and the other chart data is accessible from the drop-down menu like alcohol and caffeine consumption. Have wake up mood be an option and layer it with time asleep.

    I’d like to be able to compare data that I can control into the analysis.

    There are examples of sleep vs heart rate where I really can’t do anything about it generally speaking which makes it difficult to take action or even decide what action to take to improve my sleep. Come to think of it, I’m not sure this example benchmarks what it good on top of it.

    Things I can control -

    - when and how much exercise I get.
    - when I eat dinner
    - when I turn off a screen
    - when I get into bed
    - when I get out of bed
    - what the temp in the room is
    - if there are black out curtains or not

    Also mood when going to sleep vs. mood after sleeping. You may be in pain going to bed and wake up feeling better
