  1. HRV - Heart Rate Variability

    Please put in the option to compare my sleep quality to the HRV value from Health. I don’t need most of the Health values you offer now! But HRV is always there when you are using a watch. And it is one of the most important health values!

  2. “I wasn’t sleep” button to easily dismiss incorrectly recorded sessions.

    The app often incorrectly auto-tracks sleeps sessions when I’m resting, watching the tv etc.

    Solution: Have a “I wasn’t sleep” button in the session info to easily dismiss incorrectly recorded sessions. Also, the AI will benefit from this information and learn more about your personal habits.

  3. Record noises better

    I had listened to recorded sounds, there were a lot of audios for midnight and all of them were started by a loud sound. I tried to listen to them to understand source of the sound, but i couldnt detect it truly, i think i would have detect them better if ‘pillow app’ could record a seccon before the start of loud sound. I think programmers can change app in a way that 1 seccond before starting of noises, be captured.
    Did you get what i tried to say?

  4. Better cooperation with Apple Screen Time

    In iOS 12 with the new Screen Time feature, using the manual mode of Pillow throws off statistics because the phone has to be on for several hours in the app. It would be nice if Pillow could be excluded from Screen Time (or some other adjustment like that), so it doesn't skew all the numbers and information.

  5. More iWatch Complications Please

    Can’t state the importance of this one enough! For me personally, This is the most important feature I look for in any app. This determines who I use most. Pillow or AutoSleep. Now I know that’s probably considered “Fowl” language, but sometimes we have to help the ones we love even they don’t want to hear it 💜🤭

  6. Include ‘fall asleep’ time in .csv report

    In the.CSV report there is a column for ‘start time’ and ‘end time’ but it would also be nice to have a column that includes the time when you first go from awake to asleep. This would be the time it takes to ‘fall asleep’ and would be very helpful to be able to trend when discussing with physicians.

  7. Smart alarm for Auto mode

    I don’t get it, why don’t you have smart alarms or basically any alarms into auto mode. Is it possible to add tha feature in near future?

  8. Track Actual Time To Sleep

    It would be great if the app tracked data and analyzed it for how long it took me to go to sleep with each recorded session. (Eg. the time between “In Bed” and “Asleep”)

  9. Full Import \ Sync with Health Kit

    I have over 2 years of sleep data from using Sleep Cycle - it would be great if the Pillow app could pull or sync all of my previous Apple Health data for analysis, rather than just the previous day of data.

  10. Relative data needs

    My Fitbit lets me compare my REM, awake time , Etc to a benchmark and to my avg 30 days numbers. Pillow just gives absolute numbers. I don’t know if my absolute is good or not.

    Please make alarm/alert when your heartbeat reaches 80-120bpm when you are 5-10min. sleeping/resting/not moving. It would help a lot for people who suffers from sleep paralysis. Thanks!!!

  14. Setup Recurring Smart Alarms

    It would be nice if I could setup recurring smart alarms so that I could wake up, for example, at around 7 every Monday Wednesday and Friday and then maybe around 8:30 on Tuesday and Thursday. It is a bit of a hassle to change the time every night and I tend to also forgot so I sometimes wake up to my normal alarm that I set at those times as a backup, but I tend to get worse sleep due to the fact that it’s just a regular alarm that I wake up to.   15. Home Kit Integration

    What if waking up could be tied into Home Kit to automagically do things. For example, I live in AZ and need cooler temps for sleeping, but that is expensive during the day. And my sleep may be longer if I work late. So, what if the AC temp changed when I woke up? What if a play list started when I stepped out of bed? What if a play list stopped once I finally fell asleep?

    I’m trying to find a sweetspot time for waking up in the morning ans I’m sure more people are. The app records quite a lot of data so it would be cool jf more of it got put to use.

  18. Optimal wakeup based on sleep schedules

    It'd be great if I could select in Pillow's settings "wake me up at the optimal sleep cycle interval" and then identify the window (say 6-7:30am) in which I'd want Pillow to - relying on my sleep cycle data - detect an optimal time between cycles to wake me up. I've realized my alarms may disrupt deep sleep and then I can't fall back asleep and struggle to really wake up. It would be hugely helpful if Pillow could use the sleop cycle data to prompt users awake when they'd be most refreshed rather than disrupted.

  20. Smart Wakeup in Auto Mode

    It would be awesome to be able to use Smart Wakeup when the apple watch is in auto tracking mode.

    Have the option to wake you up at a good moment in the sleep cycle after a certain amount of sleep or by a set alarm time.
