  1. Indication of what position you’re in?

    I don’t know if this would be possible but if there was any way to make it so that it could gage what position you were in at a certain time (back, side, wherever) then that would be cool

  2. Manual sleep time entry

    Allow a user to manually enter sleep start and stop times when watch isn’t worn, watch battery dies, etc. This would provide more accurate total sleep statistics, as opposed to when watch is inadvertently not worn.

  3. Let me disable battery warnings

    Please give me an option to disable the pre-sleep battery check. I get that it’s trying to serve in my best interests, but it’s very frustrating that it can’t be disabled.

    Series 5 with always on turned off will last a lot longer than the app gives it credit for IMO.

  5. improved csv data

    push "time asleep" metric through to csv export. Allows people to differentiate / calculate how much "time awake" is coming from falling asleep vs how much is coming from waking up during the night

  6. Deleting Sleep Data

    It would be nice to delete certain sleep intervals. I have my app set to automatically track when I sleep and it will periodically pick up an hour where I am watching TV in the evening or other erroneous activity. Being able to delete these mismeasurements would help make my profile more accurate overall.

    Make it possible to change the wake up time rather than just snoozing or add times to the snoozing like An hr etc

  9. Average time asleep should be calculated by day, not by sleep session

    Seems right now, if I take a 1hr nap during the day, that drastically reduces my average time asleep stat. What would be more helpful would be insight into the average sleep per day.. rather than by sleep session.... even better if we can select/view average sleep per day over specific periods of time: by week, month, year. To track how we’re improving/worsening over time.

  13. Adjust sleep to active hours

    Link into health app and use heart rate and daily active hours to adjust your sleep times.
    Potentially roll over lost hours sleep from the night before or have an algorithm to suggest extra sleep if sleep quality is low.
    7.5hr of sleep a night is great on a normal day. Some days your a bit more lazy, some days a bit more active.
    Integrating with more apps to give you a more accurate sleep schedule would be amazing and more likely to gain more customers through an in-depth sleep analysis

  15. Snoring and sleep apnea

    Estimate the percentage of total sleep time spent snoring.

    Grade the snoring volume/intensity, perhaps on a 10pt scale, unless there is a better measure available (decibel).

    Consider creating an algorithm based upon the sound recording to estimate the possibility of obstructive sleep apnea. Heart rate may aid in that algorithm.

  16. Wake up mood vs time asleep chart

    I would like to see a graph of my time asleep and corresponding inputted wake up mood the following morning. This data already exists in the app, and the other chart data is accessible from the drop-down menu like alcohol and caffeine consumption. Have wake up mood be an option and layer it with time asleep.

  20. Trend lines and rolling averages for graphs

    It is difficult to detect when sleep duration starts to decline when we only see the average sleep duration across hundreds of sessions as it takes too long for that average to budge.

    I suggest introducing a rolling average of the last 30 and 60 days or some ability to compare the last complete week to the before last complete week. I emphasize complete weeks as many have differing schedules between weekdays and weekends.

    Perhaps the most elegant way would be to introduce buttons which allow switching the long term graphs for sleep duration and sleep start times from plotting…
