    Love this app. The change I’d like to see is when in session I want to move my wake time alarm to later without stopping session.

  2. Custom or adjustable nap durations

    If you could either adjust the current nap duration’s or possibly add a custom nap option that would be such a huge improvement.

  4. Additional Color UI Options

    This has been brought up before but I’m adding it again to hopefully start a new discussion on this topic as I believe many, if not most, would like the ability to switch up the color from time to time. Not that we dislike the color purple or anything ;)

  5. Show sleep stages duration next to percentage

    I’d like to be able to switch from percentage to duration by tapping on the graphs which show the different sleep stages on the phone.
    Additionally, the graphs on the watch do not show any numbers, only the colored bars. Id like to see the duration and % on the watch too.

  6. Option to create a list of alarm sounds and randomly select among that list

    I don’t know about others, but there are alarm sounds that I don’t like (like the digital one). On the other hand, choosing a single sound can make you hate it eventually (who likes to wake up :D). I’d be nice if we could create a list of alarm sounds that we like and then have an option to choose randomly among that list, just an idea.

    Hola, estaria muy bien que ademas, del %, pusiera la hora y los minutos a los q corresponde el % del sueño. Esta muy bien saber q un 20% de mi sueño ha sido ligero, pero ¿ cúanto tiempo seria?

  9. Manually add sleep seasions

    I have a sleeping disorder , Idiopathic Hypersomnia, where I fall asleep at random times. I will often miss activating Pillow for sleep sessions (naps or overnight) I can’t afford an Apple Watch so my sleep data does not reflect the amount of time I sleep. I need this data to provide myself and my sleep specialist with accurate information about the efficacy of my treatment. Pillow is a fantastic tool for monitoring sleep, but without the ability to manually add sleep sessions to get an overall picture of the total time I sleep, it’s data is inaccurate and therefore…

    The current version of Pillow allows you to export any audio recording by swiping to the left and tapping on the export button.
    We are also exploring ways to allow saving, marking and organising audio recordings for upcoming versions of Pillow.

  12. Show the science behind the app

    I am all for using smartphone sensors to make health tracking accessible to the masses, but it seems important to be aware of what kind of accuracy we are dealing with.

    For example, how can Pillow distinguish between deep sleep and REM if both phases are characterized by a complete lack of movement and the only difference is mental activity levels?

    Obviously phone or smart watch sensors cannot track mental activity and there is no difference in heart rate between those phases.

    So how does it work?

    If the distinction is arbitrary, it follows that Pillow's sleep quality score is…

  13. Comparison with population data

    A feature I miss from the Fitbit sleep analysis is comparing my sleep analysis with people of similar age and gender. In other words how does my REM% or heart rate compare with similar age and gender.

  14. Recordings captured in the night waveforms

    It would be nice if the recordings that Pillow captures could be displayed with waveforms so we know instantly if it was just heavy breathing or talking in our sleep of some other kind of movement that set the microphone off.

  15. Remaining time of sleep in HOURS & MINUTES

    Like I said in the title, please allow us to see the remaining time of sleep, once the alarm is set... in hours and minutes .. and not in fractions.. 7.3 hours should be able to become with a command or with a click on the UI ~> 7hour & 20minutes

  16. Better sleep sounds

    I would love to be able to play the song that I always listen to at night with this app. I can play it in the background of the app but the app doesn’t capture and sounds that way.

  18. More granular sleep target

    Please allow me granular sleep targets. For example 6.5 hours, instead of only full hours.
    Seven hours I almost never gain, whereas six hours are too less.

  19. Manually record I am awake

    Obviously the only time I know if the app is accurately recording what stage of sleep I am in, is when I am awake. During this time I often check my watch and the next morning find that the times that I checked my watch were not recorded as awake! Can you add the ability for the app to recognise a manual input to supplement the A.I. and accurately record when I am awake. This could be a something like simple double click to avoid error.

  20. Agree/disagree with quality %

    The new sleep AI is great and is teaching the app how I sleep, which as an active/mobile sleeper is fantastic. My request, although similar, is to add that to the quality percentage. Frequently I will wake up and feel amazing and have had a great nights sleep but when I look at pillow it reports my quality as 34% (randomly using that number). When I look at the duration of stages it will have nearly zero time recorded in REM sleep which is apparently resulting in the AI thinking I did not sleep well. Maybe your algorithm is giving…
