  3. Sounds and alarm with auto sleep.

    I would like to be able to record the sound and and have the alarms but still have the option of having my sleep recorded automatically.

  6. Adjust sleep to active hours

    Link into health app and use heart rate and daily active hours to adjust your sleep times.
    Potentially roll over lost hours sleep from the night before or have an algorithm to suggest extra sleep if sleep quality is low.
    7.5hr of sleep a night is great on a normal day. Some days your a bit more lazy, some days a bit more active.
    Integrating with more apps to give you a more accurate sleep schedule would be amazing and more likely to gain more customers through an in-depth sleep analysis

  7. Wake up mood vs time asleep chart

    I would like to see a graph of my time asleep and corresponding inputted wake up mood the following morning. This data already exists in the app, and the other chart data is accessible from the drop-down menu like alcohol and caffeine consumption. Have wake up mood be an option and layer it with time asleep.

  8. 15 minute increments in sleep goal

    Please allow users to select 15 minute increments in the sleep goal. 7 hours vs 8 is a huge difference, but 7 vs 7.5 is still pretty big.

  12. Trend lines and rolling averages for graphs

    It is difficult to detect when sleep duration starts to decline when we only see the average sleep duration across hundreds of sessions as it takes too long for that average to budge.

    I suggest introducing a rolling average of the last 30 and 60 days or some ability to compare the last complete week to the before last complete week. I emphasize complete weeks as many have differing schedules between weekdays and weekends.

    Perhaps the most elegant way would be to introduce buttons which allow switching the long term graphs for sleep duration and sleep start times from plotting…

  13. Statistics improvements

    Statistics graph. IMO, these graphs are the most important and valuable data I get from the app.


    1. Mark days that are weekends (I.e., use a different shade of white)


    2. Be able to select a specific day from the graph to get a drill down overview of that day. And be able to navigate back to that graph


    3. When setting the graph to to month view, make it sticky so that when moving to another graph it stays on a month view.


    4. Have an option to disable the auto scale to values of the graphs. It’s hard to compare one month…

  14. Wake up on weekends based on hours of sleep being met and sleep cycle for least disrupt

    I don’t have to wake up on weekends so it would be nice for Pillow to recognize when I’ve gone to sleep and to wake me at the next optimal moment after my sleep goal has been met! 😁

  15. Additional Color UI Options

    This has been brought up before but I’m adding it again to hopefully start a new discussion on this topic as I believe many, if not most, would like the ability to switch up the color from time to time. Not that we dislike the color purple or anything ;)

    Same concept as the nap modes: just select how many hours of sleep you want and be woken up when the app has detected you’ve been asleep that long.

  17. Manually add sleep seasions

    I have a sleeping disorder , Idiopathic Hypersomnia, where I fall asleep at random times. I will often miss activating Pillow for sleep sessions (naps or overnight) I can’t afford an Apple Watch so my sleep data does not reflect the amount of time I sleep. I need this data to provide myself and my sleep specialist with accurate information about the efficacy of my treatment. Pillow is a fantastic tool for monitoring sleep, but without the ability to manually add sleep sessions to get an overall picture of the total time I sleep, it’s data is inaccurate and therefore…

  19. Auto-save session data if I accidentally close the app

    Please consider updating the app to “auto save” if it is accidentally closed during a session.

    I have accidentally exited the app (while closing other apps in the background) before ending my session. When I reopen it, the entire session is lost.

    Is there a way to retain the data so it is not completely lost if the app is accidentally closed?

  20. Let Apple Watch sync directly to iCloud over Wifi or Cellular when iPhone is not in Bluetooth range

    Please let the Apple Watch sync data to iCloud over Wifi or Cellular when it is not nearby iPhone after a sleep session (ie. Cellular watch on a camping trip but left iPhone at home and still want to back data up to iCloud). Thanks!
