I woke up and the daily report shows "no data recorded". What's happening?

If you get the "no sleep data recorded" message, please make sure that you have selected one of the sleep modes that include sleep tracking. You can access the mode selector in the alarm setup screen by swiping up over the "Start" button. The modes that support sleep tracking are "Full mode", "Sleep Cycles + Alarm", "Sleep Cycles Only" and "Sleep Cycles + Sounds". Additionally, please ensure that the device is properly placed on your bed as described in the instructions.
